I'm a trauma-informed therapist and intimacy coach — and I know this path personally. I've walked the journey of healing intimacy from the inside out, and I bring that lived experience into every episode alongside my clinical training.
After years of working with people who feel disconnected from themselves, their bodies, or their capacity for intimacy, I created Checked In! as a space to offer the kind of gentle, nervous system–aware support I wish had existed for me.
